

‘You’ Season Four Debut Dominates Weekly Netflix Streaming Through Feb. 12

Season four, part one, of serial drama “You” launched with more than 92 million hours streamed across 90 countries to top all Netflix content consumed globally through Feb. 12. The murder-mystery series starring Penn Badgley saw seasons one and three add another 19.24 million hours and 11.44 million hours viewed, respectively.
Season two of previous chart-topper “Ginny & Georgia” finished No. 2 with 25.7 million hours viewed, while season one of the show added another 15.79 million hours. Jenny Ortega’s run as Wednesday Addams in “Wednesday” remained in the top 10 with 22.65 million hours streamed after six weeks of release. The series now has almost 1.24 billion hours consumed since its debut, No. 2 all-time behind “Stranger Things” season four.
The debut of romantic comedy Your Place or Mine, starring Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher, topped the English-language movie list with 51.23 million hours viewed across 91 countries. Solo sailing adventure True Spirit, with 20.73 million hours viewed, and interracial family dramedy You People, with 20.4 million hours viewed, rounded out the movie podium at No. 2 and No. 3, respectively.
South Korean reality competition series “Physical 100″ topped the non-English-language TV chart in its third week of release with more than 41.6 million hours streamed across 78 countries. Returning Korean series “Crash Course in Romance” (21 million hours) and Spanish mystery “The Snow Girl” (19.6 million hours) rounded out the foreign-language TV chart in second and third place, respectively.
Among non-English language movies, Norway’s Viking Wolf added 12.9 million hours streamed in its second week of release to top the chart. Spain’s Infiesto landed at No. 2 with 12.9 million hours viewed while India’s heist actioner Thunivu rounded out the podium with 4 million hours consumed in its debut.
