Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release the ‘R’-rated animated feature-length Constantine: City of Demons on Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray and digitally Oct. 9.
Matt Ryan returns to voice occult detective John Constantine after portraying the character in both live-action on NBC’s “Constantine” and the CW’s “Arrow” and “Legends of Tomorrow,” and in the animated movie Justice League Dark.

The movie finds Constantine facing supernatural obstacles to save the soul of the comatose daughter of his friend Chas.
City of Demons was initially presented as a series of animated shorts through the CW Seed website. The movie version includes more than an hour of new footage, including the climax. Warner previously used this approach with its 2017 Vixen animated movie.
The UHD combo pack will include the 4K and regular Blu-rays of the film, while the Blu-ray combo pack will include a Blu-ray and DVD. Both combo packs include a digital copy code.
Extras include the featurette “The Sorcerer’s Occultist: Understanding John Constantine” and video from the City of Demons panel at WonderCon 2018.
