‘Violent Night’ Among Titles on TVOD — But Not Streaming — This Week

The Christmas comedy Violent Night and the dramas Spoiler Alert, The Inspection and Aftersun are among the titles available via transactional purchase and rental — but not on streaming services — on Vudu and other TVOD sites this week.
Available Dec. 20 for premium (higher priced) digital rental and purchase is Universal Pictures’ Violent Night, which follows a group of mercenaries who attack the estate of a wealthy family, but run up against Santa Claus. It stars David Harbour and John Leguizamo.

Available Dec. 20 for premium digital purchase and rental is Focus Features’ Spoiler Alert, starring Jim Parsons (“The Big Bang Theory”). The comic drama follows a gay couple whose relationship takes a tragic turn when one of them is diagnosed with terminal cancer.
Available Dec. 22 for premium digital purchase and rental is A24’s The Inspection. It stars Gabrielle Union and Jeremy Pope and follows a gay man who joins the Marines.
A24’s drama Aftersun, available for regular digital purchase ($19.99) Dec. 20, follows a woman reflecting on her experiences with her father on a holiday 20 years earlier.
