Strike Back Studios has set a Nov. 16 Blu-ray Disc and DVD release date for the action movie Overrun. The film, which marks the directorial debut of filmmaker Josh Tessier, is currently available to buy or rent on select digital platforms.
Overrun, from Turbo Panda Productions, follows former military extraction specialist Marcus Lombardi (Omid Zader), whose only chance of saving his informant sister and their family is to track down a mysterious briefcase.
Overrun includes plenty of martial arts action work and epic gun fights. The film stars Omid Zader (3 Days to Kill, Vice, Star Trek: Into Darkness), Johnny Messner (Tears of the Sun, Believers, The Whole Ten Yards), Bruce Dern (The Hateful Eight, Nebraska, The Peanut Butter Falcon), and William Katt (The Greatest American Hero, Carrie), among others.
