Vudu Offering Discount on Anime Series ‘Hunter x Hunter’

Vudu is hosting a sale May 6-9 on the popular Japanese animated television series “Hunter x Hunter.” 

Anime fans can purchase the complete “Hunter x Hunter” series (seven seasons, 148 episodes) as one bundle for $99.99 (regularly priced at $270 for all 7 seasons) through the end of the day May 9.

The series is based on Yoshihiro Togashi’s manga series.

Movies Anywhere Creates LGBTQ+ Movie Collection to Celebrate Pride Month

The cloud-based digital library service Movies Anywhere has created a collection of the LGBTQ+ movies  to celebrate Pride Month this year. 

Titles in the collection include The Fallout, Ammonite, Bad Education, Booksmart, Boy Erased, Bohemian Rhapsody, Love, Simon and Call Me By Your Name

Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (including DreamWorks and Illumination Entertainment), The Walt Disney Studios (including Disney, Pixar, 20th Century Studios, Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm), and Warner Bros. Entertainment are all participating studios in Movies Anywhere. Movies Anywhere participating retailers include Apple TV, Prime Video, Vudu, Google Play/YouTube, Microsoft Movies & TV, Xfinity, Verizon Fios TV and DirecTV.

Movies Anywhere Available on Xbox Consoles

The cloud-based movie library service Movies Anywhere is now accessible on Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.

Xbox users can download the Movies Anywhere app through the Microsoft store to access their movie collection on their console.

Users can playback their movies via their Xbox and purchase more movies from the Microsoft store once their retailer account is connected to their Movies Anywhere account.

Video playback on Xbox via Movies Anywhere supports 4K, HDR 10, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos.
