All three seasons of the crime thriller series “Broadchurch” will be available to stream on the PBS Masterpiece Prime Video Channel and PBS Passport on Nov. 27.
The entire series will begin airing on PBS stations in 2022.
Starring Academy Award-winner Olivia Colman and Emmy Award-winner David Tennant, “Broadchurch” (previously on Netflix) takes place in a seemingly calm and friendly seaside town that becomes wrapped in secrets when the death of an 11-year-old boy sparks an unwanted media frenzy. As the town’s locals start to open up about what they do and don’t know, it falls upon the police to catch the killer.

Set in Broadchurch, a fictional English town in Dorset, the series focuses on police detectives DI Alec Hardy (Tennant) and DS Ellie Miller (Colman) as they investigate the death of local 11-year-old Daniel “Danny” Latimer and the impact of grief, mutual suspicion and media attention on the town. The second season follows the dual storylines of bringing Danny’s killer to justice and a case from the past returning to haunt Hardy. The final season follows detectives Hardy and Miller as they try to solve another local crime that involves a serial sex offender, while the Latimer family goes to extreme lengths to move on from Danny’s death.
The thriller Bad Samaritan debuts Aug. 3 on digital from Electric Entertainment and Aug. 14 on Blu-ray and DVD from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
Directed by Dean Devlin (Geostorm), the film stars David Tennant (“Doctor Who,” “Jessica Jones”), Robert Sheehan (The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones), Carlito Olivero (“The X Factor”), Kerry Condon (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri) and (Ordinary Days). The story follows two thieves who uncover more than what they bargained for when breaking into a house they thought would be an easy score. After making a shocking discovery, they must choose to run and hide, or face the killer whose dark secrets they have exposed.

Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment June 5 releases its second DVD compilation of episodes from the new Disney XD/Disney Channel “DuckTales” reboot series, DuckTales: Destination Adventure!
The first DVD, DuckTales: Woo-oo!, released in December, was relatively sparse, featuring the show’s 44-minute pilot episode and six “Welcome to Duckburg” marketing shorts. The new volume includes six episodes from the first season, though they aren’t the first six episodes after the pilot and aren’t presented in airdate order: “The Beagle Birthday Breakout!,” “The Living Mummies of Toth-Ra!,” “The Impossible Summit of Mt. Neverrest!,” “The Spear of Selene!,” “The Missing Links of Moorshire!” and “Beware the B.U.D.D.Y. System!”
The show stars David Tennant (“Doctor Who”) as trillionaire globe-trotter Scrooge McDuck, joined by his nephews Huey, Dewey and Louie (voiced by Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz and Bobby Moynihan), their uncle and Scrooge’s nephew Donald (Tony Anselmo, who has been Disney’s official voice for the character since 1985), plus stalwart characters from the original series such as Launchpad McQuack (Beck Bennett), Webbigail “Webby” Vanderquak (Kate Micucci) and Mrs. Beakley (Toks Olagundoye).
In addition, Lin-Manuel Miranda guest stars as the voice of Fenton Crackshell-Cabrera, a.k.a. Gizmoduck, in “Beware the B.U.D.D.Y. System!”
The DVD also includes two bonus episodes from the 1987-90 “DuckTales” series: “New Gizmo-Kids on the Block” and “Ducky Mountain High.” This is the first time these episodes are available on DVD as they are not among the three DVD volumes of episodes previously released from the original series.
