‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’ Spends Fifth Week Atop U.K. Home Entertainment Chart

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment’s Spider-Man: No Way Home scored a fifth straight week at the No. 1 spot on the Official Film Chart through April 20 in the United Kingdom. The theatrical blockbuster continues to perform strongly on both disc and digital, and its total this week is made up of 74% physical copies.

Paramount Home Entertainment’s Scream returned to is peak at No. 2 following the release on disc, putting it ahead of two new chart entries: Universal Pictures Home Entertainment’s animated musical sequel Sing 2, which debuted at No. 3 on digital downloads only.

At No. 4 is the Kenneth Branagh-starring and directed adaptation of Agatha Christie’s Death on the Nile, landing straight onto the chart following its release on disc.

As a result, Warner Home Entertainment’s Dune was pushed down to No. 5, landing just ahead of Oscar-winning Belfast (Universal) at No. 6. The second Kenneth Branagh-directed entry this week tells the story of a working-class family living through life in turbulent Belfast, Ireland, in the late 1960s.

Meanwhile, The Matrix Resurrections (Warner) dropped to No. 7; Paramount’s Clifford the Big Red Dog rebounded four spots to No. 8, and Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (Warner) held at No. 9. Finally, Paw Patrol: The Movie (Paramount) kept its spot on the chart at No. 10.
