Second Season of Netflix’s ‘Mystery Science Theater 3000’ Due on Disc Nov. 26

Shout! Factory will release Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Gauntlet on Blu-ray and DVD Nov. 26.
The Gauntlet is the 12th season of the infamous movie-riffing series that first began in 1988, and the second since it was revived on Netflix in 2017.
The series stars Felicia Day and Patton Oswalt as a pair of mad scientists conducting an experiment that involves imprisoning an employee (Jonah Ray) on a satellite and forcing him and his robot friends to watch and make fun of cheesy movies.

The three-disc set includes all six episodes, running 80 minutes each. Targeted movies include Mac & Me, Atlantic Rim, Lords of the Deep, The Day Time Ended, Killer Fish and Ator, The Fighting Eagle.
