Reelgood: HBO Max’s ‘The Last of Us’ Topped Weekly Streaming Through Feb. 1

HBO Max’s post-apocalypse survival series “The Last of Us” continued its successful run, finishing No. 1 on Reelgood’s weekly top 10 chart of most-streamed shows and movies through Feb. 1. The media tracking company uses first-party data from how its 5 million users in the U.S. interact with entertainment on the platform in real time.

Notably, Netflix did not dominate weekly content streaming, accounting for just 20% of the most-streamed content. HBO Max and Peacock Premium each tallied three titles, including The Banshees of Inisherin and The Menu (Max) and “Poker Face,” Tár and “Yellowstone,” respectively. Apple TV+ returned to the chart with “Shrinking,” a comedy-drama starring Harrison Ford (in his first comedy show) as a grieving therapist who tells his clients exactly how he feels.
