Paramount+ Celebrates One-Year Anniversary With Discount

In celebration of the service’s one-year anniversary this week, Paramount+ is offering new customers 80% off its monthly packages.
Through March 7, consumers can use the promo code “BIRTHDAY” on the website to sign up for either the Essential Plan, at the discounted rate of $1 per month for three months, or the Premium Plan, at the discounted rate of $2 per month for three months.
The service boasts more than 40,000 episodes, movies and originals, plus breaking news and live sports.
Paramount+ exceeded first-year goals, according to a press release, reaching 32.8 million subscribers as of the end of Q4.

The service will feature a specially curated “Peak Streams” carousel with recent hits such as “1883,” A Quiet Place Part II, “Evil,” “Ghosts,” “Infinite,” “Kamp Koral: Spongbob’s Under Years,” “Mayor of Kingstown,” Paw Patrol: The Movie, “Rupaul’s Drag Race: All Stars,” “Seal Team,” “South Park: Post Covid” and “Star Trek: Discovery.”
The service will roll out several Paramount+ Originals in March, including season two of “Star Trek: Picard” (March 3) and the series premieres of “Halo” (March 24) and “The Fairly Oddparents: Fairly Odder” (March 31).
