New Episodes of ‘Daniel Tiger,’ ‘Molly of Denali’ on PBS Kids Prime Video Channel in January

New episodes of “Molly of Denali,” “Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood” and “Alma Rivera” are streaming on the PBS Kids Prime Video Channel in January.

The PBS Kids Prime Video Channel is $4.99 per month with an Amazon Prime or Prime Video subscription.

“Molly of Denali” vol. 12 and vol. 13 start streaming Jan. 20. Vol. 12 includes “Homemade Heroes,” where Molly creates Alaska Native superheroes, and “A Whale of a Time,” in which Molly counts endangered beluga whales in the wild. In vol. 13, Molly and her friends compete to guess when the river ice will break up in “The Qyah Ice Classic,” while in “Mystery in the Night Sky,” they have to find the source of the strange new light above Qyah. 

“Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood” vol. 22 also is streaming starting Jan. 20. When Daniel receives a gift from Grandpere, he wants more, but realizes he must appreciate the things he has. Then, with help from the grown-ups, Miss Elaina makes bandages that look like her skin color and the neighborhood builds a ramp so that Chrissie can climb to the top of the slide, too. Plus, Mr. Malik teaches the children about hermit crabs, Daniel and Katerina play in the snow.

“Alma’s Way” vol. 8 begins streaming Jan. 27. Alma lands a starring role in a musical and has a playdate with Harper. When Safina hurts her arm, Alma and Rafia volunteer to help her. Plus, Alma is nervous about what to eat at Andre’s house, helps Howard with his fear of pigeons, and much more. 

Also arriving on the PBS Kids Prime Video Channel in January is season one of “It’s a Big Big World — On the Road,” streaming Jan. 6.
