Netflix is entering the fitness video space. The streamer, beginning Dec. 30, will offer subscribers access to Nike Training Club app fitness videos created by the venerable sports apparel manufacturer and led by certified trainers.
The 46 episodes total 30 hours of content and include “Kickstart Fitness with the Basics” (13 episodes); “Two Weeks to a Stronger Core” (7 episodes); “Fall in Love with Vinyasa Yoga” (6 episodes); “HIT & Strength with Tara” (14 episodes); and “Feel-Good Fitness” (6 episodes).
The programs will be available in multiple languages on all Netflix subscription plans, including ad-supported, with workouts for all fitness levels and interests. Additional fitness videos will launch throughout 2023. Subscribers will be able to access curated programs or select workouts by type or duration.
