JustWatch: It’s ‘Wednesday’ All Week Long

Netflix’s new hit series “Wednesday,” starring Jenna Ortega as The Addams Family’s young daughter Wednesday, commanded its third straight week topping consumer streaming interest in episodic programming, according to new data (through Dec. 11) from JustWatch, which tracks the streaming video habits of 20 million users across 59 markets, including the United States.
The series held off Peacock’s perennial chart topper “Yellowstone,” Disney+ series “Willow,” and HBO Max’s Golden Globes nominated “The White Lotus.”
Among movies, animated The Grinch reversed spots with the original 2009 Avatar for topped streamed movie. Both titles bested other holiday classics How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Elf and Love Actually.
