Hulu Begins Streaming Entire ‘Lost’ Catalog
January 4, 2018
Hulu Jan. 4 announced it has begun streaming all 121 episodes of “Lost,” the former ABC primetime hit.
The series, which helped put co-creator J. J. Abrams on the map, follows the survivors of Oceanic Air flight 815, flying between Sydney and Los Angeles, that crashed on a mysterious Pacific island.
The series comes to Hulu as part of a deal with The Disney/ABC Television Group and joins a list of episodic programing recently added to the SVOD service, including “Designated Survivor,” the original “TGIF” lineup, “The Golden Girls” and “black-ish,” among others.
Disney is the majority owner of Hulu following its acquisition of numerous 21st Century Fox assets, including 20th Century Fox Studios.
Throughout its six-season run from 2004-2010, “Lost” won numerous industry awards, including the Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series, a Golden Globe Award for Best Drama Series, and ranks as one of the best TV dramas of all time.
Lost: The Complete Collection (including three hours of bonus material) has been available on disc since 2010 from ABC Studios.
