Home theater movie server Kaleidescape has launched a promotional video titled “The Best Movie Server — Kaleidescape: The Ultimate Movie Platform,” showcasing the server’s latest features, including lossless audio and video fidelity.
Launched in 2001, Mountain View, CA-based Kaleidescape enables users to buy digital movies as well as store their DVD, 4K UHD Blu-ray Disc and Blu-ray titles in personalized movie libraries streamed in 4K Ultra HD, with high dynamic range and lossless spatial audio formats, including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X.
“This video is a powerful tool to help excite consumers and educate them about [the] award-winning platform,” Priscilla Morgan, chief operating officer, said in a statement.
Kaleidescape’s product line of Strato C movie players and Terra movie servers range in price from $195 to more than $90,000.
