In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Kanopy, the free entertainment streaming platform for members of partnered public and academic libraries, is gathering content from award-winning features to documentaries.
Hispanic Heritage Month takes place Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 and recognizes the contributions of Hispanic and Latino Americans to the group’s heritage and culture
Kanopy’s recommended titles to celebrate the month include the documentary Precious Knowledge; Raising Victor Vargas, nominated for two Independent Spirit Awards and an official selection at Cannes; and Who Is Dayani Cristal?, winner of the Documentary Cinematography Prize at Sundance and starring Golden Globe winner Gael Garcia Bernal.
